Tariff for a studio or flat, all taxes included.
Guarantee for a studio: 200€, for a flat: 300€ for the stay.
Account: 50% when you rent.

Arrivals and departures except July and August according to the lodgings and availabilities.
Minimum 7 nights between 1/7/2023 and 2/9/2023 (except EMF PORT BARCARES 2023).
Animals non admitted for reasons of hygiene.
We don’t accept a higher number of people than the one specified for the chosen renting.
SUPPLEMENTARY SERVICES
- Cleaning at the end of the stay:
- studio: 30€
- flat: 45€
- Renting of linen : single bed or double : 10€
- Renting of a TV set : 30€ a week - 50€ for a fortnight, 4€ a night.
- Napkins : 4€ per person
- Washing : 3€ per machine (7.5kg)
- Internet access : free
