The bike lovers or rollers or simply foot walkers the green Agly way joins the village of Claira to the Barcarès beaches by a 7 km cycle track along the river. It’s ideal for the early morning jogging just to keep fit during your jolidays.

The beaches of Torreilles and Barcarès are both 7km far from Claira so as the pond of Salses- Leucate a true paradise for the lovers of all water sports.

Perpignan the Catalan is 11 km far away with its town centre shopping centre , its busy terraces on Thursday nights in summer, the St John feast on 23 June in Castillet, its varied exhibitions among which is the one about photo journalism in September. Don’t forget the town tours and the gardens in July and August.

Spain is very near only forty kilometres and the ski areas, hardly 100 km.
